Job Summary:
Our Seattle, Washington facility is looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Precision and adherence to safety protocols are essential for success in this demanding but rewarding position. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. We value individuals who are safety-conscious and have a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts.
  • Load and unload materials and products from trucks and into storage areas.
  • Transport raw materials, finished goods, and equipment throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform routine checks on forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
  • Stack and arrange products in designated locations, ensuring stability and accessibility.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, ensuring clear pathways for safe operation.
  • Strictly follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in warehouse logistics.
  • Be prepared for frequent Lifting of items up to 30 lbs, and occasional heavier items.

Qualifications:
  • Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
  • Ability to perform basic math and read/understand product labels.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced logistics environment is preferred.
  • Commitment to exceptional Safety standards.
