Job Summary:
Houston, Texas is seeking an experienced Warehouse Technician to maintain and optimize our advanced logistics facility. This is a critical role focused on ensuring the reliable performance of all warehouse machinery and infrastructure. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of equipment, including automated systems, forklifts, conveyors, and other operational hardware. Your work is vital to minimizing operational disruptions and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our distribution center. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, a deep understanding of industrial maintenance, and a commitment to safety excellence. A proactive approach to preventative maintenance and problem-solving is highly valued. We prioritize your safety and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), along with comprehensive safety training. Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting regular preventative maintenance on all warehouse equipment and systems.
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Performing safety inspections and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Managing spare parts inventory and ordering necessary supplies.
  • Assisting with the setup and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Documenting all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
  • Implementing improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Adhering to all established safety procedures and protocols.
This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a capacity for lifting up to 75 pounds. A strong background in industrial maintenance or a related field, combined with a dedication to a safe and productive logistics environment, is essential.
