Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and inventory locations accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained, including forklifts (if certified).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and use required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Identify and report damaged goods or operational issues.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and PPE usage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is a plus.
