About
Description You'll join a dynamic and fast-paced team of functional testing engineers to ensure that our software meets the high-quality bar Apple is known for. Part of your responsibilities will include testing like a user while being vigilant about every issue that is encountered during a test pass. You will become extremely fine-tuned in assessing the impact of each bug on a customer's overall product experience. You will process results, draw important conclusions and present impactful data to our internal partners. You will gather user data telemetry and update existing user flows. You must be flexible and able to bounce between varied tasks efficiently. You must have a passion for exceptional user experience and a dedication to delivering the highest quality products for both our customers and our stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5+ years relevant work experience working in manual software testing under high pressure situations
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency with iOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, or other operating systems
- Ability to investigate and debug difficult problems and independently work towards results
- Ability to file comprehensive and actionable bug reports

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement due to the high level of interaction with engineering teams, management, and other organizations within Apple
Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $92,500 and $178,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
