Job Responsibilities
- Write/modify code and debug software for HdL proprietary software programs based on working knowledge of program architecture and experience gained from the design and development process.
- Use source debuggers and visual development environments.
- Test and document software for client applications; deploy and maintain software solutions.
- Design and develop software user interfaces.
- Enhance and improve existing reporting tools, features, and customized reports for internal or client use.
- Construct database queries and writes Crystal Reports.
- Applies intermediate design, coding, debugging, and testing skills to deliver a working set of program modules.
- Understands networks and network protocols.
- Develops code using .Net C#, Visual Basic, RDBMS/SQL, MVC, AngularJS.
- Knowledge of GIS, APIs and working knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Server.
Skills and Qualifications
- Makes moderately complex decisions regarding routine issues.
- Capable of solving problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Applies knowledge to improve existing procedures, services, programs, or technologies.
Education and Experience
- BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year experience developing and testing code.
Compensation
The starting base salary for this Brea, Ca position is expected to be between $25.00 to $ 35.00 per hour. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
