As the Technical Team Lead, you'll combine
60% hands-on coding
with strong technical leadership. You'll guide a team of engineers, shape engineering standards, and work closely with partner agencies to deliver a world-class platform. You'll also play a defining role in the strategic migration away from legacy Service Fabric architecture toward a modern, scalable
Kubernetes-based
backend, creating the future foundation of the entire product suite. This is a high-impact role in a scale-up where your leadership, technical expertise, and architectural direction will genuinely shape the business long-term. What Youll Be Doing
Leading and mentoring a team of
3-6 engineers
(with significant headcount growth expected) Delivering
hands-on engineering
(around 60% coding) while setting high engineering standards Defining the technical strategy for the
Connect 2.0 migration
away from Service Fabric Driving frontend development using React Collaborating with partner agencies to ensure consistent engineering excellence Making strategic decisions across integration approaches, frameworks, and cloud infrastructure Contributing to a modern, secure, high-performing SaaS platform Influencing product direction alongside product and engineering leadership What Youll Bring
Strong engineering background with both
backend (Kubernetes)
and
frontend (React)
expertise Proven ability to lead engineering teams or mentor developers Experience designing and scaling modern SaaS platforms Solid expertise with cloud technologies (Azure ideal) Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Strong communicator who collaborates well across functions and with external partners Pragmatic, hands-on approach with a passion for quality engineering Architectural experience or ambition to step into a broader strategic role Tech Youll Be Working With
