Job Overview

Precision Dental Partners is a high-end, growth-oriented dental practice in South Charlotte, intentionally built around exceptional patient care, efficient systems, and an outstanding clinical experience. We are seeking an experienced relationship-driven Associate Dentist who enjoys delivering high-quality care through same-day dentistry, restorative procedures, and urgent-care visits.

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive exams, restorative treatment, and high-quality patient care.
  • Diagnose and manage a variety of dental conditions with confidence and efficiency.
  • Perform routine restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, implant restoration, and extractions
  • Handle same-day and urgent-care appointments using established clinical workflows.
  • Perform (or competently evaluate) simple endodontic procedures and extractions as needed.
  • Communicate treatment options clearly and support strong case acceptance in a fee-for-service environment.
  • Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to maintain smooth, efficient patient flow and exceptional patient experiences.

Experience

  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred, including confidence with routine restorative dentistry.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and treatment plan comprehensively in a high case-acceptance environment.
  • Experience managing same-day and urgent-care appointments with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Comfort with simple endodontic procedures and extractions is strongly preferred (not mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with patients seeking high-quality care.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a skilled clinical support team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $225, $300,000.00 per year
