About
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support production and engineering by performing inspections, audits, measurements, and testing to ensure all products meet internal and customer standards.
Qualifications- High School Diploma/GED or 5+ years of QC/inspection experience in manufacturing.
- Preferred: Technical degree, CQI or Six Sigma certification, industry experience (aerospace, automotive, machining, fabrication).
- Must have valid identification
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy.
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and precision tools.
- Ability to read engineering/CADD drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Knowledge of ISO, ASTM, GMP standards.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.
- Must follow all PPE and SHARP/Health Manual safety guidelines.
- Inspect coil wire, buyouts, and in-process materials.
- Complete First Article (FA) sign-offs and PPAP inspections.
- Perform calibrations and assist with Gage R&R.
- Inspect tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
- Support process audits, QC audits, time studies, and performance testing.
- Participate in supplier and safety audits.
Available Shifts:
First Shift: M-TH 5am-330pm
Second Shift: M-TH 330pm-2am
Weekend Shift: FRI-SUN 5am-630pm
