We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional receptionist and administrative assistance to our clients.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide administrative support by proofreading documents and ensuring all materials are error-free.
- Utilize computerized systems for various office tasks, ensuring efficiency in operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and their staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
