Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional receptionist and administrative assistance to our clients.

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide administrative support by proofreading documents and ensuring all materials are error-free.
  • Utilize computerized systems for various office tasks, ensuring efficiency in operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and their staff.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
