Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing creative solutions and marketing materials associated with face-to-face marketing, environmental graphic design, and presentation materials. You will lead the creative production on certain projects as well as assist the Art Director and Sr. Graphic Designer on larger client projects/programs.
What you will do:
- Attend, participate and contribute to project and launch meetings
- Offer conceptual design and production solutions based on strategies in relation to client needs, requiring an understand of brand development and brand positioning as it relates to our clients' strategies
- Develop and maintain vendor relations, and work with external vendors regarding the coordination of any graphics not produced at Access
- Plan/schedule internal/external resources to meet client commitments, deadlines, and budgets
- Maintain advanced design skills and a broad knowledge of current design and
production techniques - Manage and oversee complex design projects from conception through production
- Ensure that all projects are done within time and material budgets, while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Support graphics for portables program
- Ability to learn and utilize Access' proprietary software programs
- Support internal projects related to branding, company-wide meetings, etc.
What you will do with some internal training:
- Work with graphic production to check details of physical assets as they are being built
- Create and submit internal PO orders as needed
- Update status of your design projects through internal WorkZone PM software
What we would love to see:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or related field is strongly preferred
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences or medical device branding experience helpful
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a design / studio environment
- Strong working knowledge of and experience with the following Mac OS programs: Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Acrobat, Microsoft Office
