About

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team at a charming bed and breakfast in Key West. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, meeting new people, and creating memorable guest experiences in a relaxed, island-style setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest information using our property management system
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and courteous manner
  • Assist guests with questions, special requests, and local recommendations
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance daily transactions
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Follow all property policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous hospitality, front desk, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Gmail and Excel a plus
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to walk the property and use stairs as needed
