Location: Remote (New Jersey preferred, not required)

Madrids Media Marketing is a growing content and digital marketing agency led by a Gen Z & Millennial team focused on helping service-based businesses grow through strategic content, paid advertising, and marketing systems.

We specialize in building and executing marketing strategies that support real business goals, not just posting content. Our work combines strategy, execution, paid media, and creative to help clients improve visibility, lead flow, and revenue.

We are currently scaling our operations and are looking to add experienced sales talent to support our growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to help identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and close marketing retainers and one-time services.

This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling, can clearly communicate value, and is comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage potential clients (inbound and/or outbound)
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges
  • Present Madrids Media Marketing services clearly and professionally
  • Educate prospects on how marketing and content can support business growth
  • Close deals for monthly retainers and one-time services
  • Follow up with leads and manage opportunities using a CRM or tracking system
  • Collaborate with the internal team to support smooth client onboarding
  • Represent the company professionally in all communications

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (agency, marketing, SaaS, or service-based sales preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain value, not just features
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and handling objections
  • Self-motivated and organized (especially in a remote environment)
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or social media (training provided)
  • Reliable internet connection, phone, and workspace

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience selling marketing retainers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
  • Background in B2B sales
  • Existing network of business owners
