Duties

• Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to uphold strict food safety guidelines.
• Support kitchen operations by chopping, slicing, and using knife skills efficiently and safely.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders, serving food, and providing excellent customer service to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Support catering events or special meal preparations as needed to meet diverse customer needs.

Requirements

• Background in food preparation, cooking, or the food service industry preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in restaurants or kitchens with a focus on meal preparation and serving is preferred.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques are advantageous.
