  • Work with Marketing on campaigns, follow-up strategies, and lead engagement across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and shared success.
  • Operate with Discipline & Curiosity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Test new approaches, learn from outcomes, and share best practices with the wider SDR and sales team.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales development, business development, or a similar customer-facing commercial role, with exposure to mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot as a primary CRM is essential, including managing leads, activities, pipeline reporting, and data quality; experience with additional sales tools is a plus.
  • Industry knowledge of the energy and commodities markets, with an understanding of data management, analytics, and/or ETRM solutions, and how these support commercial, trading, and operational teams.
  • Confidence engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders across commercial, technology, and operations functions in a clear, credible, and consultative manner.
  • A strong ability to assess prospect needs, personalize outreach, and identify high-quality opportunities aligned to complex and data-driven business challenges.
  • Experience planning and executing structured outbound and inbound prospecting activity, with a focus on consistency, quality, and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Curiosity about market dynamics, regulatory change, and evolving customer needs within energy and commodities, using this insight to improve engagement and messaging.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement and data tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, Salesforce, or similar platforms (experience working with analytics- or data-led SaaS products is a plus).
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and continuously testing new approaches to improve results.
  • A collaborative and coachable attitude, with a strong desire to develop your sales skills and grow your impact at Zema Global.
