310T Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled 310T Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in semi truck diagnosing and repairs . This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting various systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The Technician will work closely with other team members to provide high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on semi trucks and trailers
• Perform safety inspection on semi truck and trailers
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of parts.
• Provide exceptional customer service while communicating technical information clearly.
• Ability to train on going apprentices

Experience

• Proven experience in semi truck repair shops
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and the ability to use hand tools effectively.
• Knowledge of diesel powered engines and semi truck electrical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining system integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 – 50 per week
