Maintenance Worker

M&M Painting Contractors is looking for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Person to join our team. This position offers part-time / full-time hours during the spring and summer, with snow removal work available in the winter.

Job Duties

• Lawn care and grounds maintenance at the shop and rental properties
• General shop maintenance and upkeep
• Small repairs and basic maintenance tasks
• Seasonal snow removal during winter months
• Ensuring properties are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained

Qualifications

• Valid driver's licence required
• Experience with lawn care, basic maintenance, or handyman work is an asset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physically capable of outdoor and manual work
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
