Our structured, semi-private tutoring model (1–4 students per tutor) allows for focused instruction tailored by grade level and subject, ensuring meaningful progress for every learner.

We are currently hiring Math & Reading Tutors for our Hialeah location. If you are patient, dependable, and fluent in Spanish, we'd love to connect with you.

About the Position

The Hialeah center primarily serves ESOL students—learners developing English proficiency who benefit from academic instruction and support delivered in Spanish. This role requires empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships with students and families.

Full fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.

Qualifications

• Availability Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Complete fluency in Spanish (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)
• Previous tutoring, mentoring, or child-related experience preferred but not required
• Professional, punctual, and able to commit to a 12-month contract
• Reliable transportation and close proximity to the Hialeah center
• Seeking a long-term position (not seasonal or temporary)
• Open to high school juniors and seniors; college students may qualify for roles at other locations
