About
Grand Touring Automobiles is looking to build our team at our Super Luxury store in Toronto We are looking to hire a dependable Fixed Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day service and parts department operations.
A successful fixed operation manager ensures the profitability of the parts and service departments, minimizing expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction. They may be required to assist with various departments.
Major Duties:
Understands and applies dealership procedures and policies
Motivates and supervises service and parts employees
Inspects Service and Parts Departments daily
Reviews and verifies all warranty claims are paid promptly by O.E.M.
Supervises the operations and expenses by department
Verifies and monitors workflow in dispatch area
Meets with parts clerks daily to review prior days
activity and current days progress
- Develops and implements systems and procedures for efficient work
production in the service department
Develops consumer promotion and advertising concepts
Handles and solves difficult customer complaints
A successful Fixed Operation Manager will:
· Contain a diverse skill set
· Be adaptable to change
· Ensure safety protocols are being followed
· Prepare annual operating budget for parts and service department
· Monitor employee's performance
· Be highly motivated and self-driven to achieve targets
· Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (including computer literacy)

Experience:
- CDK: 5 years (preferred)
- Service Department Management: 3 years (required)
- Parts Department: 3 years (preferred)
