Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, project management, and business analysis. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive successful ERP implementations and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ERP implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance ERP system functionality.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of ERP systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of ERP systems, making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, working closely with IT and business teams.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP project management and business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, including Epicor
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in PMP, CBAP, or related credentials.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP systems.

Salary: $100 - $150K

This job equally operates in a production and professional office environment. The environment will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts or equipment. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds. Physical requirements further include the ability to engage in productive and collaborative communication and may need to be performed during non-standard hours, including nights, weekends and possibly holidays. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to move about the facility. The employee is required to sit; use hands to finger; handle; or feel/hold objects; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; speak, hear, and smell. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear as well as interact with other employees. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Generally, the incumbent must be able to sit/stand and use a computer for extended periods of time.
