About
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance ERP system functionality.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of ERP systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of ERP systems, making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, working closely with IT and business teams.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP project management and business analysis.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, including Epicor
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in PMP, CBAP, or related credentials.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP systems.
Salary: $100 - $150K

This job equally operates in a production and professional office environment. The environment will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts or equipment.
