We are building positive online communities, on-chain impact verification, and a self-sustaining economic engine for social good. Our current NGO partners include: XPRIZE - crowdsourced innovation backed by Silicon Valley leaders Dollar Donation Club (DDC) - collective philanthropy for celebrities and influencers The role involves building strategic alignment with chains to seek and close grants over $1M, offering benefits in millions of wallets and marketing to Fortune 500 C-levels. We have a proven track record, including a $3M grant to XPRIZE, and are now positioned to absorb significant grant capital. About ImpactSoul We aim to co-create a world where communities shape value and priorities, building infrastructure for impact economies and a regenerative economy that rewards participation. What You’ll Lead Build and manage our grants pipeline across protocols and platforms Create compelling narratives to secure funding Identify emerging grant opportunities Manage full grant lifecycle from prospecting to reporting Develop relationships with decision-makers across Web3 funding channels Monitor market movements and incentives Identify overlooked funding opportunities Align grant sourcing with product and ecosystem strategies Represent ImpactSoul in strategic discussions Shape capital allocation models for adoption and sustainability Qualifications 3-5+ years in grant strategy, business development, or ecosystem growth, with at least 3 in crypto/blockchain Deep understanding of Web3 grant mechanics Proven success in winning grants Strong relationships with DAOs and funding entities Comfort in KYC and permissionless environments Ability to work swiftly and strategically in ambiguity Compensation Base (project or retainer) 3-5% commission on closed grants Potential token upside Why Now?
