Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specified requirements.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or operational issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
- Must be capable of manual lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role.
- Experience operating forklifts and other relevant machinery is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
