This dynamic role is at the heart of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked from inventory and meticulously packed for safe transit. Your primary responsibilities will include using RF scanners to locate items, retrieving correct products, inspecting items for quality, carefully packaging them according to company standards, and labeling packages for shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, works well under pressure, and is committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting (up to 40 lbs), standing, walking, and reaching throughout the shift. Safety is our utmost priority, and all employees are expected to follow strict safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE and adherence to safe lifting techniques.
