We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers in Baltimore, Maryland! This role is critical for the smooth operation of our logistics facility. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to order.
- Inspect products for damage or defects.
- Maintain inventory control and records.
- Prepare and stage shipments for loading.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to safety protocols and correct use of PPE.
- Support logistics operations by performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory management.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Understanding and commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
