Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify and pick ordered items from warehouse shelves.
- Verify item accuracy against order forms or digital system.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking zones.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures diligently.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE throughout your shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse picking is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work efficiently.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and workflow.
- Commitment to upholding all safety standards.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
