We are hiring dynamic Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in the entire order fulfillment process, from picking and packing to shipping. This role demands accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to quality, all within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll be part of a team dedicated to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time, contributing to seamless logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to customer orders using scanning technology.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet our standards.
- Package orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Print and apply shipping labels accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and effectively, following training protocols.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Adhere to all guidelines regarding the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Demonstrate proper Lifting techniques and physical care when handling merchandise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and optimize workflow within the logistics hub.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the warehouse operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to order fulfillment and workplace conduct.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Must be capable of frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of general logistics and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to safety, including strict adherence to PPE requirements and safe Lifting practices.
