Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock shelves and storage areas following established procedures.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other transport vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as trained.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse tools and equipment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
