We're looking for a hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in sunny Miami, Florida! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving the efficient handling of goods throughout our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process all incoming shipments, checking for damage and discrepancies.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Stock shelves and ensure inventory is organized and accessible.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to all safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management and stocktaking as required.
- Follow all safety procedures, including correct Lifting techniques and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the logistics team in meeting daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and stoop throughout the shift.
- Capability of Lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- A strong commitment to safety and following instructions precisely.
