We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and supervising warehouse staff. You will play a key part in maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and implementing operational improvements. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management principles. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching workers, monitoring inventory, conducting regular audits, and managing incoming and outgoing goods. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly preferred. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all employees are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
