Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
  • Stock shelves and inventory locations with incoming goods.
  • Pick products based on order lists, ensuring accuracy.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment, meeting quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space.
  • Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and use required PPE.
  • Participate in inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or safety concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the necessity of PPE.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics principles is a plus.
