Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock shelves and inventory locations with incoming goods.
- Pick products based on order lists, ensuring accuracy.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, meeting quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and use required PPE.
- Participate in inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety concerns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the necessity of PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is a plus.
