Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to perform a variety of tasks in our busy distribution center. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be instrumental in the efficient movement and organization of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and preparing items for dispatch. You will operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, and may be trained on other machinery. A strong commitment to safety, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential in this role. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assemble products and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding safety or inventory to supervisors.
- Support other warehouse functions as required.
This role involves frequent lifting and requires a robust understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles. A dedication to maintaining a safe work environment is expected.
