Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or discrepancies.
- Pack items safely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Ensure the accuracy of orders before sealing and labeling packages.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks, with care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Follow all company Safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE .
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve production goals.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Contribute to the smooth flow of goods within our Logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or a warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to remain active and on your feet for the duration of your shift.
- Must possess the ability to handle Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
