We are actively recruiting for enthusiastic Order Pickers in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a critical role within our logistics department, focused on accurately fulfilling customer orders. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for locating, retrieving, and staging items from our warehouse shelves based on pick lists. Precision and speed are key to ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work with various warehouse technologies, including RF scanners, to improve efficiency and accuracy. This position requires physical stamina, good organizational skills, and a strong adherence to safety protocols. We provide all necessary PPE and expect diligent use of it at all times. ResponsResponsibilities include reading and interpreting order documents, locating items within the warehouse, verifying product codes and quantities, and staging picked items for the packing and shipping departments. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential. This role involves considerable walking, standing, and reaching, as well as occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
