About
We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our busy distribution center in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be at the forefront of getting our products to customers efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include picking items for orders, packing them securely for shipment, and ensuring all orders are processed correctly. Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are key. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys working in a hands-on environment, and is committed to meeting performance goals. This position is a crucial part of our e-commerce logistics , directly impacting customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using a pick list or scanning device.
- Pack items carefully and securely into appropriate shipping containers.
- Inspect products for any damage before packing.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and fulfillment area.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed, such as cycle counting.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and wear required PPE .
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
- Support other team members in achieving departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order pick lists and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a dynamic environment.
- Must be able to perform consistent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of general warehouse and logistics practices.
- Commitment to following all safety regulations.
