Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive incoming goods, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to all safety standards.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Follow all instructions regarding the use of PPE and safety procedures.
- Participate in team activities to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist with any other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus.
- Ability to handle frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must wear provided PPE as required.
