Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Store inventory accurately in designated locations.
- Pick products for orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully and ensure they are ready for shipment.
- Assist in preparing outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques.
- Wear designated PPE at all times while on duty.
- Participate in inventory checks and stock counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
