Job Summary:
Our Detroit, Michigan facility is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. This role is vital for the smooth operation of our warehouse, focusing on efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A strong commitment to safety is essential; you will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves frequent lifting, bending, standing, and operating warehouse equipment like pallet jacks. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and record-keeping.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE.
