We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient logistics. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to liaunt with drivers, suppliers, and internal departments. You will be instrumental in maintaining accurate stock levels, processing orders, and optimizing workflow to meet company objectives. Your attention to detail will be critical in managing documentation and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols and utilize provided PPE when necessary. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: managing incoming and outgoing shipments, conducting regular inventory audits, scheduling deliveries and pickups, training and supervising warehouse staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This is a demanding but rewarding role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
