We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our operations in Dallas, Texas. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our distribution center, supporting a wide range of warehouse activities. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a productive team environment. Your dedication ensures that our logistics operations run efficiently and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving and unloading of incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanners and order sheets.
- Stock and organize inventory on shelves and in designated warehouse locations.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to safety protocols and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors.
- Support the logistics team in various tasks to ensure overall warehouse efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Understanding and commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
