We are searching for a diligent Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for locating and retrieving specific items from our inventory using electronic devices and pick sheets. This is an active role that requires stamina, accuracy, and a commitment to following established procedures. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning equipment and pick tickets.
- Navigate the warehouse efficiently to locate products.
- Verify picked items against order requirements.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Keep assigned work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with put-away and replenishment of stock.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily order picking targets within the logistics framework.
High school diploma or GED. Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform lifting of up to 40 lbs repetitively. Strong attention to detail. Experience with RF scanners is advantageous. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Good communication and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute to logistics operations.
