Milwaukee, Wisconsin is looking for a dedicated Picker/Packer to be an integral part of our logistics operations. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for selecting the correct items from our inventory to fulfill customer orders and preparing them for safe and efficient shipment. Accuracy and speed are essential in this role to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction. You will use our warehouse management system and scanning technology to track inventory and order status. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Your contributions are vital to the smooth functioning of our logistics network. Key tasks include navigating the warehouse, identifying and retrieving products, inspecting items for quality, and packaging them appropriately for transit. Safety is paramount; all employees are required to follow strict safety protocols and wear the necessary PPE.
