Job Summary:
Are you looking for a rewarding role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our Charlotte, North Carolina location. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include picking items for orders, ensuring they are correctly packed, and preparing them for shipment. This role is critical to our logistics operations and customer satisfaction. We value efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Understanding and implementing proper safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE, is essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
  • Verify order details for accuracy before packing.
  • Label packages for shipment according to company and carrier guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets and improve logistics flow.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment safely.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking/packing, or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Capacity for lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the use of PPE.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts if necessary.
