Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring efficient handling of goods from arrival to dispatch. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and safely. A proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to Safety are essential. This position involves regular Lifting and requires the ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment. We provide all necessary PPE and expect strict adherence to all Safety protocols. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Stock inventory in designated areas according to procedures.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Prepare shipments for transit, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
  • Support the overall Logistics workflow and team objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role.
  • Ability to perform consistent Lifting and manual labor.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Logistics operations and inventory systems is advantageous.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to wear and use all required PPE.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
