Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Material Handler to join our dynamic warehouse team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a Material Handler, you will be instrumental in the efficient flow of goods within our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, organizing, and preparing materials for shipment. This role is critical to our overall logistics operations, ensuring that products move smoothly from arrival to departure. You will work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and possess a strong commitment to workplace safety. We value individuals who are proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment. Training on specific equipment and procedures will be provided, but prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus. Your role contributes directly to the success of our clients and the overall efficiency of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
  • Unload and load materials onto and off of trucks and other vehicles.
  • Inspect incoming goods for damage and discrepancies.
  • Move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, or shipping platforms.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and Lifting. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. Familiarity with safety protocols and the use of PPE. Must be able to work flexible hours if needed. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
