Overview
Customer Sales Advisor – office based role within a small friendly office team, managing the diaries of our mobile technicians by taking bookings. Working Days, Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm and Friday 8:30am–3:00pm. Pay: £12.60 per hour, rising to £13.45 from April 2026. We Provide Our Team With

Duties for our Customer Service Advisors
Answer incoming calls from external parties and respond accordingly Respond to website enquiries via phone and email Diary management for Technicians Taking card payments Outbound calls to contracts Outbound calls to generate new business Sending appointment reminders and feedback requests Ensuring up-to-date paperwork is available for Technicians Typing and sending contracts and documents General admin duties To Be Considered For This Role You Must
Excellent knowledge and skills of computers including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence in dealing with customers in person, on the phones, and in writing Self-motivated and self-sufficient without micro-management Outstanding customer service skills Positive attitude Good sense of humour and ability to deal with a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Some form of sales experience is preferred but not essential Our ideal candidate will have experience in appointment booking/diary management.
