We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial professional with a strong passion for the pharmaceutical industry to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding the territory while promoting our portfolio of behind-the-counter and prescription (Rx) products, contributing to our continued industry-leading performance.
Ideal candidate will have
5+ years of proven pharmaceutical sales success
and established relationships with physicians and pharmacists within the territory.

About the Role As a Community Sales Unit Sales Representative, you will drive growth across established brands and new product launches in Scarborough, North York and surrounding key communities. You will strategically prioritize efforts to deliver the greatest impact.
Key responsibilities:
Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and decision makers.
Develop and manage key accounts including wholesalers and retail pharmacy chains.
Build relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers and hospitals to promote products.
Collaborate with manager to develop and manage strategic and tactical sales plans.
Track progress through sales tools (OCE) and reports.
Manage sales expense budgets to meet sales and contribution margin objectives.
Build and maintain sales of the company’s products against annual budgets.
Report sales activities and results promptly as required.
Report competitive activity and market conditions.
Travel to destinations that may require overnight stays.
This is a home‑based position with Scarborough, North York and surrounding areas as the primary base of operations, reporting to the Eastern Regional Manager.
We Are Looking for Someone Who
Bachelor’s degree in science or related field.
Has 5+ years of proven track record in pharmaceutical sales with experience calling on physicians and pharmacies in community settings.
Builds trusted, long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals and is recognized as a valued partner.
Brings existing relationships with targeted physicians and pharmacists across Scarborough/North York Territory.
Is highly organized, self‑motivated, and thrives in an environment that values autonomy and accountability.
Demonstrates strength in territory management, strategic planning, and execution against business objectives.
Holds a valid driver’s license and has access to a reliable vehicle.
