Stretching Specialist

Stretch Space, Miami's premium assisted-stretching studio, is expanding and looking for 1–2 exceptional Stretching Specialists to join our Sunset Harbour location.
If you're passionate about movement, recovery, and helping people feel their absolute best - this is a unique opportunity to grow inside a luxury wellness brand.

Requirements

Must have at least ONE of the following:

• Certification in Assisted Stretching
• Thai Massage certification
• Personal Training certification
• NASM or equivalent national certification strongly preferred

Nice to have:

• Background in mobility, yoga, Pilates, corrective exercise, or athletic recovery
• Experience working 1:1 with clients in a wellness or fitness setting

What We Provide

You'll be trained in the Stretch Space Methodology - our signature system combining mobility, alignment, PNF, and Thai-inspired techniques.
We teach you everything you need to know to deliver a premium experience.

• Comfortable building a client base
• Excited to participate in community events, pop-ups, and collaborations

• Interested in long-term development, leadership roles, or future partnership as the brand expands

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 deep assisted stretching sessions minutes)
• Guide clients through mobility, posture, and recovery techniques
• Deliver an exceptional, high-touch studio experience
• Participate in local events and brand activations
• Help maintain a clean, professional, and organized studio environment
• Communicate clearly and kindly with clients to support their progress

Compensation

• $50 - $80 per session depending on certification and experience
• Commission and performance bonuses
