UK-based financial services company are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive.
The Internal Sales Executive is an office-based role focused on lead generation, daily sales activity, and supporting the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion. This role plays a key part in building the sales pipeline and preparing high-quality opportunities for the commercial team.
Responsibilities
Generate new business enquiries by proactively engaging brokers, accountants, and professional advisors.
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Qualify leads and assess suitability before progressing opportunities.
Support and progress applications from first contact through to completion.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring pipeline activity is kept up to date.
Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, or a similar commercial role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with good attention to detail.
Confident using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
Target-driven with a proactive, results-focused mindset.
Experience within financial services or commercial finance (desirable but not essential).
