Contract:
3–6 month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to go perm)
About the role To support the day‑to‑day trading of the HUSH website, ensuring the right product reaches the right customer at the right time. This role is critical in keeping ecommerce content accurate, optimised, and trading‑focused during a busy period, while supporting the transition to our new Centra platform.
What you’ll do We’re looking for an experienced Digital Content Assistant who can start immediately and hit the ground running. This is a hands‑on role focused on maintaining and updating website content, supporting product launches, and managing day‑to‑day Salesforce Commerce Cloud activity, alongside work on our new Centra platform. This is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ ecommerce experience who enjoys fast‑paced trading environments and is comfortable working to tight deadlines.
You’ll be required to work from the office on our core days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, collaborating closely with the ecommerce and wider digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
>Manage and update product content across the website, including descriptions, imagery, pricing and attributes Maintain content accuracy and consistency in line with brand tone of voice
Support product launches, seasonal drops and promotional updates
Carry out day‑to‑day content changes within Salesforce Commerce Cloud and support migration/workflows within Centra
Implement SEO best practices including metadata and on‑page optimisation
Prepare and publish content for emails, landing pages and onsite campaigns
Proofread and quality‑check content prior to go‑live
Support trading priorities by updating content in line with performance insights
Work efficiently within established processes and tools to meet tight timelines
Collaborate closely with ecommerce, marketing, merchandising and creative teams
What you’ll bring
2+ years’ experience in ecommerce retail, ideally within fashion
Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as SFCC; exposure to tools like Fredhopper desirable
Comfortable managing high volumes of content updates accurately
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Good numerical and analytical skills with basic Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
Self‑motivated, proactive and positive with a flexible approach
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset
