Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, with experience in route driving and handling commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver products to customers and clients.
• Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring deliveries are accurate and professional.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including moving inventory and organizing stock.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation of all transactions.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior delivery driver experience preferred, especially with route driving and heavy lifting.
• Experience operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Ability to lift heavy loads safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes.
• Warehouse experience or familiarity with moving inventory is advantageous.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to commercial driving and warehouse operations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
