Dungarvin is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across our residential and program sites. Job Description

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the Director of Maintenance and operational leaders to ensure our facilities, vehicles, and grounds are safe, functional, and compliant.

You will:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of field engineers

  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects from start to finish

  • Bid out work orders and manage vendor and contractor relationships

  • Monitor quality, timelines, budgets, and cost effectiveness

  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety codes, and regulatory standards

  • Serve as a professional representative of Dungarvin with internal teams, landlords, and vendors

  • Balance multiple priorities using strong time management and organization skills

  • Use Microsoft 365 and maintenance systems to track work and communicate effectively

  • Travel locally as needed to support sites

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repairs) and/or related construction trade education

  • Proven ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative maintenance needs

  • Experience coordinating vendors, authorizing billing, and ensuring quality outcomes, project management and work-order bidding experience 

  • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

  • Supervisory or team leadership experience

Highly Preferred:

  • Property management experience

  • A collaborative, solution-focused leadership style

  • Ability to manage conflict professionally and constructively
